Brief:
Commissioned to design the event stall set for Forland Safari at the Pakwheel event, my task was to create an immersive and visually captivating experience that would attract attendees and enhance brand visibility.

Designing a stall set that effectively showcased the features and appeal of Forland Safari while also creating an engaging and memorable experience for event attendees posed a challenge. Additionally, ensuring that the design elements were practical, transportable, and easy to set up within the event space required careful planning and coordination.
Solution:
The event stall set for Forland Safari featured a dynamic backdrop adorned with eye-catching visuals and branding elements. Cutouts of the car model, as well as celebrity endorsements, were strategically placed to draw attention and create photo opportunities for attendees. A comfortable sitting area provided visitors with a place to relax and engage with representatives, while a spin wheel added an element of interactivity and excitement to the stall. By combining practicality with creativity, the stall set design successfully attracted attendees, generated buzz around the Forland Safari brand, and left a lasting impression at the Pakwheel event.
